In order to meet growing demand, we are currently looking for a Digital Communication and Creativity Specialist exactly like you. That is to say, someone who isn’t afraid of challenges, who knows how to question and justify what they do, and who uses performance-oriented logic in their decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of the Creativity Department and mentored by a Digital Communication and Creativity Strategist, you will play a key role in designing various digital campaigns, starting from the strategy phase through the maintenance and optimization phases.

Responsibilities:
- Design advertising campaigns with concrete objectives on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube;
- Optimize and maintain social media account performance;
- Recognize and identify new marketing opportunities within projects;
- Support clients in bringing to life new value-added ideas;
- Prepare and presents monthly status reports on the performance of various platforms and campaigns (KPIs, SMM, etc.);
- Advise clients and execute marketing tactics;
- Keep up with evolving technological and digital trends.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent;
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, copywriting, or communications;
- 3-5 years of agency experience, an asset;
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience, an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms;
- Mastery of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads platforms;
- Mastery of Google Analytics;
- Mastery of Mailchimp, LeadFox, etc., an asset;
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint certifications, an asset;
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, an asset/li>
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Bannersnack, etc., an asset.
