In order to meet growing demand, we are currently looking for a Digital Communication and Creativity Strategist exactly like you. That is to say, someone who isn’t afraid of challenges, who knows how to question and justify what they do, and who uses performance-oriented logic in their decision-making.
Reporting to the Head of the Creativity Department, your role will be to lead your team in accomplishing its various projects and deliverables. You will support clients through your expertise. So, if creativity is part of your identity, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead digital initiatives, from initial presentation to delivery;
- Support and supervise Analysts and Specialists in the delivery of their projects, from the strategy phase to the maintenance phase, as well as with account optimization;
- Communicate and collaborate with Team Leads and the sales team while maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming projects in order to effectively manage internal resources;
- Coordinate content creation pertaining to copy and graphic design by working closely with copywriters and graphic designers;
- Ensure SMM, Email marketing, and in-house copywriting performance and the overall health of client accounts;
- Perform quality assurance of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more;
- Prepare and present monthly status reports on the performance of various platforms and campaigns (KPIs, SMM, etc.);
- Advise clients and execute marketing tactics;
- Keep up with evolving technological and digital trends.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent;
- 5-10 years of experience in community management, copywriting, or communications;
- 5-10 years of agency experience, an asset;
- 5-10 years of experience in email marketing, an asset;
- Excellent mastery of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google advertising platforms;
- Excellent mastery of social media platforms;
- Mastery of Google Analytics;
- Mastery of Mailchimp, LeadFox, etc., an asset;
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint certifications, an asset;
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, an asset
- Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Bannersnack, etc., an asset.
