In order to meet growing demand, we are currently looking for a Multichannel UX Creative Delivery Coordinator exactly like you. That is to say, someone who is autonomous, with good leadership skills, and who is one with management and organization.

In the context of this position, you will play a key role in the management and organization not only of your team but throughout different projects.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Project Management & Cross-Team Coordination

    • Workflow management: Organize and monitor project progress using Asana, ensuring teams meet deadlines and goals.
    • Sprint planning: Schedule various web production phases in collaboration with design, technical, and marketing teams.
    • Production follow-up: Coordinate efforts between design, development, and marketing teams to ensure emails and other digital assets meet time and quality constraints.
    • Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status and flag any potential issues or roadblocks.

    2. Email Management & Quality Assurance

    • Email creation and optimization: Oversee the design, approval, and deployment of marketing emails, ensuring message consistency and proper display across all platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.).
    • Quality testing: Perform email QA testing (using tools like Litmus) to ensure responsiveness, proper rendering across various email clients, and compliance with best practices (accessibility, compatibility, etc.).
    • Analysis and improvements: Identify and resolve issues related to email rendering, compatibility, and conversions by working closely with design and development teams.

    3. Cross-Team Collaboration on Campaign Management & SFMC Automation

    • SFMC coordination: Work with technical teams to integrate assets into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring proper configuration of campaigns and customer journeys.
    • Campaign monitoring: In collaboration with the Data team, analyze campaign performance based on KPIs and suggest optimizations to improve customer journey effectiveness.
    • Team alignment: Ensure seamless communication between creative, technical, and marketing teams to align project vision and goals.

    4. Process Optimization & Innovation

    • Process improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to web project workflows, aiming to reduce production time while maintaining deliverable quality.
    • Trend monitoring and innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest innovative and effective solutions for web campaign and email management.

Experience

 Project management experience: Proven experience managing web projects, ideally within a marketing automation or digital production environment.

Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Asana: Strong command of Asana or similar project management tools to coordinate cross-functional workflows.
    • Email QA expertise: Knowledge of email testing tools (Litmus or similar) and the ability to optimize email rendering across platforms.
    • Data knowledge (a plus): Understanding of data management and analytics to optimize campaign performance and improve user journeys.
  • UX/UI best practices: Strong skills in web design and user experience optimization to ensure consistent and engaging emails and pages.
  • Office and creative tools proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital asset creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
  • Salesforce knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with Salesforce and its marketing automation features is considered an asset.
